WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING ASSISTANT

From large media events to pop-up stores to mobile marketing and content programs, we are vertically integrated with in-house design, production, operations, and content services to execute quality, innovative programs that drive results and recognition.
We are on the hunt for a warehouse / shipping assistant who will participate in the general organization of the Trigger(House warehouse along with shipping and receiving at the location. Working directly with our Warehouse / Shipping Coordinator. Please see details of the role below.
Shipping and receiving role duties include:
- Receive all incoming shipments, check condition, log packages or freight into a spreadsheet, and then notify the recipient confirming receipt.
- If items are incoming inventory, the coordinator may need to update inventory sheets, identify space in the warehouse to store items, and then track items in a spreadsheet.
- Retrieve, Package, label, and log all outgoing shipments in the appropriate manner to ensure safe shipping.
- Schedule pick-ups with freight shippers, along with FedEx, UPS, and Team World Wide.
- Keep the shipping area appropriately stocked with all required shipping items including tape, bubble wrap, boxes, shrink wrap, etc.
The warehousing role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain an overall inventory sheet of where items are in the warehouse and ensure correct locations of elements.
- General upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the space and building.
- Work with production and fabrication team to keep areas clear for staging and set-up of event elements.
- Keep a constant eye on the consolidation and organization of pallets and racking in the warehouse.
- Pull items from general storage at the request of production team members.
- Pack trucks for events when needed.
- Run errands in the local area, i.e. main office, hardware stores, vendors, etc.
- Maintain service log for company vehicles.
- Clean and restock vehicles that come back from the road.
- Safe operation of Company and Client owned vehicles and heavy equipment.
General Trigger(House
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of paperwork.
- Participate in production meetings, review items discussed, and act/plan accordingly.
- Proactively identify project risks, solutions, and opportunities for improving processes.
- Develop strong working relationships with vendors, resources, and team members.
- Represent Trigger(House and their clients in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
- Maintain the highest level of mental and physical health when operating Trigger(House equipment and vehicles.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Self-Starter
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Drug testing is required.
- Intermediate computer skills - Google Suite Fluent/Ability to learn new inventory software
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willing to work at Portsmouth, NH locations Monday-Friday
- Be 18 years or older
- Capable of lifting of 70lbs
- Capable of being on your feet for long durations of time.
- Operate within Federal and state regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills/team player and collaborator mentality that leads to great internal communication.
- Enthusiasm, ambition, and dedication to awesomeness.
- Ability to comprehend requests accurately and respond in a professional, timely, and productive manner.
- Flexible and adaptable in working with existing T(H processes.
- Open to criticism and ideas; responsive to criticism from client and internal feedback.
- Resilient; able to adjust to changes and adversity.
