PeopleSoft Techno Functional Analyst

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for PeopleSoft Techno Functional Analyst in Albany, NY.

Description:
Provide application support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design, upgrade and implement solutions for financials application.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
? Perform as a PeopleSoft techno functional analyst, who can perform both technical and functional tasks.
? Setup and maintain configuration/base tables and troubleshoot configuration issues related to Billing, eBill Payment, AR, and GL
? Perform Fit-gap analysis
? Write Functional Specifications
? Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft development tools.
? Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.
? Perform functional analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.
? Perform the upgrade on peopletools and PeopleSoft application.
? Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.
? Perform tuning for slow running processes.
? Prepare user training material.
? Provide Techno Functional leadership for system upgrade activities.
? Provide weekly Status reports.

Mandatory Qualification:
? Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 84 months of experience performing Peoplesoft FSCM (AR, Billing, eBill Payment, and GL) implementations including requirements gathering and producing functional specifications.
? 84 months of experience in performing Peoplesoft FSCM upgrades, fit gap analysis, and retrofitting the customizations.
? 72 months of experience in Oracle 19c or higher databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
? 72 months of experience in creating Crystal Reports and BI Publisher reports.
? 60 months of experience in creating Test plans and Test scripts.
