Job Description :

Our client - a major utility firm based out of Westchester County, NY - has an immediate need for a Billing Analyst. The particulars of the position are as follows.

Job Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare Billing requests in Primavera
  • Learn SAP and prepare the SAP sales orders and request the Sales invoices from Accounting
  • Gather the documentation for the Billing requests - Sales invoice, backup and send to Customer
  • Record payment from Customer in Primavera
  • Work with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments with Customers
  • Maintain Billing tracking schedules
  • Perform system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP
