Job Overview: Clinical Audiologist in outpatient ENT setting. Responsible for diagnostic testing supporting ENT, hearing aid evaluation, fitting, and follow up care for adults and pediatrics. Cochlear implants and osseointegrated devices are evaluated and fit at some offices; not required. Job Requirements: Doctorate in Audiology Ohio Licensure in Audiology Hearing aid dispensing experience 1-2 years experience Job Responsibilities: Accurately performs routine and special diagnostic audiometric testing for children and adults. Provides recommendations based on evaluation findings. Performs all functions involved in dispensing hearing aids and assistive listening devices. Provides counseling services to patients and families. Maintains and average daily workload of 7 hours of direct patient contact per 8 hour day. Collaborates with team of Audiologists, Audiology Aides, and office staff. Engaged in the Audiology program at TriHealth and participates in program development. Maintains all required documentation within time frames and guidelines established by the department. Maintains proper functioning of audiometric equipment; maintains inventory of supplies; and makes recommendations for replacement/additional equipment.
