Trillium Construction is hiring for a Director of Operations to manage the Commercial Drywall and Metal Framing division of a large commercial drywall contractor in Crown Point, IN. This position is a direct-hire, full-time, long-term position!
Duties:
- Handle all aspects of estimating and project management (PMs, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams
- Meet with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunities
- Reviewing proposals, schematics, and other project documents to assess potential setbacks or risks to the projects
- Analyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributing
- Utilize project management and estimating software to review updates and changes
- Assist in hiring processes
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $175,000 - $200,000/year

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with commercial drywall and metal framing construction
- Experience on projects with values ranging between $3 million - $120 million
- 5 years of experience in an operational leadership position
- Experience working on commercial, healthcare, multifamily and retail projects
- Experience with Quick Bid, Onscreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office programs
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
