Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will primarily support our north locations (LaRue, Goshen, Marseilles and Mt. Victory). The candidate for this opening will utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to identify the right talent for hard-to-fill and/or growth positions within our organization. This candidate is also responsible for qualifying candidates through pre-screening and strategic communications to foster relationships and build a candidate pool. Additional recruiting and HR responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and implement recruiting strategies, including: direct advertising, job boards, job fairs, unemployment offices, web site career page, social media.
- Proven results sourcing and pipelining candidates through the use of various hiring methods.
- Successfully navigate the HRIS system to send electronic onboarding paperwork to candidates.
- Conduct new hire orientation as needed.
- Serves as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the public image.
- Good understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel. policies and procedure, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Perform other duties to support HR needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or related experience in lieu of a degree
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred
- 2-4 years HR experience preferred
- Active PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
- Extremely perceptive person
- Capable of relating to individuals at all levels

Salary : $48,600 - $61,500
