Job Summary
This role will identify federal and state co-funding opportunities for the Company’s on-the-job training programs and qualifying clinical projects. Once a grant / co-funding opportunity is identified, this role will gather and summarize information necessary to track eligibility and reporting requirements, and submit an application for funding to the grantor agency. This role will work with an existing support team to ensure compliance with grantor reporting requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify the requirements for the current approved grants and ensure the associated training offerings follow these requirements..
· Maintain strong relationships with DOL and other state specific governing bodies.
· Organize current and future grants to ensure compliance and funding.
· Prepares and submits grant applications and proposals for the organization for existing or proposed projects that require unbudgeted funds.
· Prepares grant applications including writing or amending program descriptions and compiling required data.
· Identifies potential funding and grant sources for current programs and provides proposals for funds for existing workforce and clinical programs.
· Develops procedures to ensure compliance with grant conditions.
· Initiates and maintains communication with relevant agencies.
· May assist in data analysis and the design of data presentation.
Qualifications
Senior Level: Requires 3-5 years’ experience and associate’s degree in related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
