Plant Supervisor
Reports To: Facility Manager
Classification: Exempt
SUMMARY
The Plant Supervisor plays a key role in the success of our business. The successful individual will be able to safely and efficiently perform assigned operations and tasks in a production environment. This individual will interact with customers, employees, members of Sr. Management, vendors, and regulatory representatives. In every case, this individual must present themselves with the professionalism and discretion appropriate for each interactive situation.

Primary Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Direct the activities of Plant Workers (and drivers when assigned to work in the plant)
- Drives KPIs in Plant operations
- Efficiently route driver work
- Schedule and direct plant and office housekeeping activities
- Schedule and direct inbound and outbound loads
- Schedule, direct and document vehicle and plant equipment PM’s
- Must check driver records daily
- Responsible for accurate reporting of daily reports
- Monitor supplies inventory and request restocking from Plant Administrator
- Unload and load vehicles
- Load and unload Processing equipment
- Prepare records of receiving and production as needed
- Prepare and submit Load and Daily Production Reports
- Perform and maintain records of QA testing of process equipment
- Responsible for validation of Maintenance of all Fleet vehicles
- Safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Report for and successfully complete all training as required
- Review and sign manifests and shipping papers
- Properly load and secure materials for transport
- Operational training for Plant Workers
- Required to be a fill-in driver when needed
- Additional duties assigned and directed by Leadership
