We are seeking a highly capable Software Project Manager for International Product Launch who will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the successful launch of products in various countries. This role entails overseeing all aspects of the product launch process, ensuring timely execution, and aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. The PM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to effectively deliver products to international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for product launches in different countries, considering regional-specific requirements and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the product launch process
• Ensure that all products meet the regulatory requirements of each country and obtain necessary approvals for market entry
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of products
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between international teams, providing updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Manage software projects in an agile environment, ensuring successful delivery of results.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with larger teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Project (MPP) for effective project planning and tracking.
• Excel in stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication.
• Experience in managing distributed teams across different geographical locations.
• Ensure high-quality results are delivered within schedule and budget constraints.
• Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
• Evaluate and balance business and technical requirements to create comprehensive project plans and estimates.
• Lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, and efficiently handle client escalations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, delivering results under pressure.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
• Possess mandatory certifications such as PMP and Agile (CSM or PSM).

• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements and handle client escalations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Experience in managing distributed teams across different geographical locations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Mandatory certifications: PMP and Agile (CSM or PSM).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Knowledge or work experience in managing medical software development projects is an added advantage
