Join our Data Services team where you will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of metering data. You will collect energy information from electrical utility meters, data loggers, and external customer site downloads to develop and maintain SSRS reports for performance analysis. This role will utilize your analytical and data reporting experience to perform SQL database tasks consistent with operational requirements.
You will provide support to external data services customers ranging from data monitoring and data anomaly identification to collecting Settlement Quality Meter Data (SQMD) for meter data management. If you like to combine data analytic skills with business acumen to provide business intelligence reporting and actionable insight into business decisions for managers and clients, this is the position for you!
You will work alongside a small team of 4-6 Data Analysts in close collaboration with our Meter Engineers and Technicians.
This is a flex-based role based in our Folsom, CA headquarter office. You will work in a controlled office environment with flexibility for remote work.
In this position you will gain knowledge and experience in the California energy market, renewable energy, energy metering and energy data collection and analysis. You will develop a greater understanding of the different types of metering available to collect revenue meter data and about the various programs that offer incentives for renewable energy generation.
