The Renewals Specialist is a growth-opportunity role, responsible for the optimization of the customer-contract renewal processes. Viewpoint’s Renewals Team contributes to maintaining satisfied and reference-able customers while achieving company revenue. The ability to build relationships with customers and internal partner is essential to be successful in this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for cultivating, influencing and securing account renewals and growing contract lengths for assigned region and/or account(s).

Identify customer requirements early on, uncover roadblocks and demonstrate strong communication skills with a broad range of clients.

Must be capable of gaining deep knowledge of Viewpoint’s portfolio of products and maintenance contracts.

Research, identify issues and prepare renewal opportunities.

Continually improve all processes and workflow.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or comparable work experience.

Must have excellent written and verbal skills in order to communicate with customers including CEOs and CFOs, and internally across functional groups and levels.

High degree of proficiency with systems and the ability to utilize new systems quickly. Systems this role will use include: Salesforce, NetSuite, Gmail, and Outreach.
