Clinical Engineering/Biomedical Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Monitor clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care - Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely delivery of services - Oversee the management of patient records, including data entry, documentation, and confidentiality - Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for patient care - Monitor clinic budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures - Address patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare practices Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business management) - Proven experience in clinic management or a similar leadership role - Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., CGMP, GLP) - Familiarity with design controls and project management principles - Excellent mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis - Knowledge of biotechnology, clinical trials, molecular biology is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
