Process accounts payable information in a timely, high quality manner with limited errors in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:

- Purchase Order invoice processing
- Verify invoices and check requests have appropriate coding and approval for entry
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Review and research vendor statements as necessary
- Participate in weekly payment processes.
- File invoices and payment remittance and back up information
- Maintain vendor files
- Assist with month end closing
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Support and service needs of other departments within the winery
- Other projects as determined by the Accounts Payable Manager
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar field
- Excellent data entry skills: minimal data entry errors and ability to detect errors before final processing
- Attention to detail w/good problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accounts payable and general knowledge of accounting procedures
- Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- 10 Key
- Experience with SAP a plus
- MS Excel and Word Proficient

- May be required to work at any of TFE's locations
- Frequent deadline pressures
- Numerous projects in progress at any given time

Salary Range: $23.70 - $28.95
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
