Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the restaurant management team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and other basic accounting tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
