Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finance Manager at Trinity Baptist Church of San Antonio. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the church, including budgeting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping under the direction of the Church Administrator. They will collaborate with church leaders to develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide financial analysis and recommendations.

This is an on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management and accounting skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a nonprofit or religious organization is a must
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
