Referral Specialist | Tulsa, OK

M-F, 8am-5pm | Direct Hire | $19-$20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Send outgoing referrals electronically to specialty offices, radiology, home health, and hospice
  • Follow up on referrals to make sure the patient is scheduled and obtain records post-visit
  • Work fax box (75-100 medical records per day)
  • Assist in answering phone lines
  • Checking patients out daily
  • Written and verbal communication

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience with the above responsibilities.
  • Good typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • MUST have a stable work history
