POSITION SUMMARY
-
This employee is responsible to complete assigned duties as directed by the orthopedics and sports medicine clinics. This position is to support the work of the Sports Medicine Clinic. The employee will assist in returning of injured patients to activity and providing guidance and education along the way. Injuries range from all types of musculoskeletal complaints to concussion management to osteoarthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Licenses and Certifications Required

NATA-BOC certification
-
Current ND Athletic Training licensure
-
Health Care Provider CPR
-
Valid driver's license
-

Educational Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, as evidenced by licensure
-
Certificate preferred in exercise rehabilitation/training (example: Corporate Fitness Exercise Physiology, CSCS, ACE, ACSM-CPT, ACSM-EIM, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
