The Clerk IV performs outpatient and inpatient registration functions, provides general information to hospital users, patients and families, and ensures that patients meet financial requirement. The Clerk IV provides excellent patient focused customer service and communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.
