ABOUT THE ROLE
The Home and Community (HC) Support Staff is a Direct Service position that provides assistance, monitoring and/or training to individuals with intellectual disabilities. This position is designed to provide quality services to individuals as guided by Positive Practices and Person Centered Planning. Staff must have the ability to read, write and do simple math; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; maintain composure and make sound judgements in stressful situations. This position is directly responsible to the Program Supervisor and is expected to operate with considerable initiative and professionalism. Staff must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge is expected to complete job duties.
WORK SCHEDULE This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.
• Hours are based off of approved units of service for family being served
