Reporting to the Director, Clinical Development & Professional Practice, Nursing Service Admin, this position is responsible for administering and managing the learning management system (LMS) processes for mandatory and elective learning. Works with subject matter experts to develop, design and publish online learning. This position is also responsible for coordination of all clinical student placement, clearance and compliance activities. Additional duties include coordinating various educational activities created and offered by the Development and Support Services department.1. Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology, business management or related field is required.
2. One (1) year of LMS or related experience is required. Recent LMS Administrator experience is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
4. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
5. Ability to work equally well independently and in a team environment.
6. Project management experience is preferred.
