Description:
Under limited supervision, provides nursing care to assigned patients by utilizing the nursing process and meeting the established standards within the nursing department. The registered nurse is accountable for his/her nursing practice and assigned patients, and is an advocate for patient/families and nursing. About the job:
As an Registered Nurse on our Behavioral Health unit you will be instrumental in the care and healthcare plan for our behavioral health population
What you will do:

Utilize the nursing process to identify actual and potential problems or risks for this patient population

Implement nursing interventions to create and maintain a safe and healing environment

Work alongside our physician, nurses, and aides to provide timely and appropriate care
What we are looking for:

New graduate RN or an experienced RN
-
Must have active RN license in compact state or be a recent graduate of a nursing program

Maintain BCLS and Mandatory Reporter
