Solar Installer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential properties
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement of panels
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete installations
- Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and low voltage connections
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed solar systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in solar installations
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Note: This position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting heavy equipment, working on rooftops, and standing for extended periods of time. Safety training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
