Position Summary
Trinity Safety Group is looking for a Safety Facilitator to join our Safety Services team. This is a full-time internal position. The Safety Facilitator will serve as a fractional safety manager to construction and general industry clients. You will be responsible for enhancing the safety culture, improving compliance, reducing risk by building a safety management system and helping all levels within the organization understand the safety process and their role in it.
This position will be connected to a team of safety professionals delivering both tactical and strategic risk control services. The group will leverage each member's expertise, creating a diverse, high energy, collaborative, and fun work environment. The team will not fall to the status quo, everyone is challenged to be innovative and creative. This role can expect to spend at least 80 percent of the time client facing focused on the deliverables in the customer delivery plan. This work includes corporate meetings, field presence and administrative work from home.

High-Level Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitator for safety management system development, risk assessments, process gap analysis, claims review and trending analysis, safety leadership, safety engagement, and culture/climate surveys
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs aligned with each customer's goals
- Lead EHS planning, goal setting, prioritizing safety and compliance needs
- Partner with company management and employees on implementation of EHS programs, process and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, customer EHS standards and owner requirements
- Conduct inspections/observations and performance appraisals to identify strengths and weaknesses in field/plant operations
- Identify organizational exposures and potential risks to the business
- Provide monthly progress and performance reports
- Provide training and information to employees to satisfy EHS policy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct and facilitate incident investigations to identify causal factors, corrective action and lessons learned. Emphasis will be placed on SIF and potential SIF. Findings will be communicated across the organization
- Assess and support project specific safety plan development, assess daily pre-planning activities and process
- Growth and maintain excellent professional relationships with C-level, management, and field personnel
- Assist with pre-qualification programs such as CCS, Avetta, ISNET
- Create meaningful safety content to include industry updates, compliance information, task information and culture drivers
- Organize an efficient schedule of client visits and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- BCSP Certification (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST)
- Minimum of 4 of years construction and/or general industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and technology
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Willing to travel-mostly day trips with an occasional overnight

- Starting base salary of $70,000-$95,000
