We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Coordinate employee orientation and training development programs
- Utilize HR sourcing tools such as UltiPro and Salesforce for candidate tracking and management
- Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead generation for potential candidates through networking and outreach efforts
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies
- Strong background in recruiting, interviewing, and employee evaluation processes
- Experience with UltiPro or similar HR software for candidate tracking
- Ability to develop training programs and conduct employee orientations effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques for recruitment purposes
