The Opportunity

We are looking for a game day coordinator/ Site manager for youth flag football program. To make the league day the best day of the week.You would be in charge on the field setting up and tearing down and managing the days games. The coordinator makes sure the refs are on the field and the rules are being followed.

Skills and Interests:

  • Football playing or reffing experience
  • Must thrive on building relationships/community;
  • Have great communication skills;
  • Be able to think on your feet and problem solve;
  • Have a positive and adaptable personality to parents, players and coaches;

Requirements Gameday Coordinator/Site Manager:

  • Commit for the entire season (8 week season);
  • Must be able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start and 30 minutes after the days games conclude.
  • Must have the ability to update the scores after each game (via text message);
  • Must be able to pass background check and child abuse clearance;
  • Must create a respectful environment, provide organization, and general oversight of games;
  • Must be able to attend any training as required by the league/organization;
  • Must maintain league equipment during the season when applicable;
  • Enforce organization protocols as directed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
