What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Care Center I position at Trios Health?
The Care Center Manager I is responsible for the smooth operational function of assigned Care Center(s), with up to 8 Physicians and/or Advance Practice Providers, including but not limited to: work flow, operations, quality and customer service. Supervises clinic staff according to established Trios Health policies to maximize productivity by ensuring high energy and morale. Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of Care Center functions including, but not limited to, billing and collections, accounts payable processing, clinical records, reception (onsite and phone), rooming patients, physician and patient scheduling. Works with TMG Administration, Hospital Administration and on-site providers to ensure the highest standards of practice performance by providing timely information regarding current status of Care Center and by suggesting future plans of action to improve overall care center practice. Minimum Requirements: High school degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing or supervising within a clinic setting. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area of study.
