What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager - CRM position at Tripalink?

\n- Articulate a vision and roadmap for your area of ownership by considering business goals and user needs
- Lead customer discovery with a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, concepts tests, quantitative experiments, etc.
- Define product requirements and frame problems in a way that empowers designers, engineers, and data scientists
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to define an awesome online and offline user experience
- Act as the connective glue for other teams and stakeholders so that the team stays focused on the right problem and best solution
- Set and analyze metrics for evaluating product performance, measuring experiments, and answering business questions
- Plan and manage projects by keeping others unblocked, and jumping in wherever you’re needed to be hands-on
- 6 years product management experience with a software product
- Experience building new features or products from inception
- High degree of user empathy and product sense
- Excellent communication and ability to influence
- Data and metric driven for making decisions
- Strong personal agency and owner mentality
- Ability to make strategic decisions when faced with ambiguity
Compensation:
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $120,000 - $200,000.
