Overview:
Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques including the placement of poles and anchors, familiarity with wide range of tools and equipment, ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work in an outdoor environment year round, including very hot (>90 F) and very cold (<32 F). Routinely required to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business which include being available nights/weekends to perform emergency work.
