Project Manager
  • Apply project management structure to multiple cross-functional process improvement work streams in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Assist in developing and managing master project plans and individual project schedules for client project portfolio
  • Create business and technical requirements for client software solutions based on analysis of future state processes, feasibility studies, customer surveys, and SME input. Business requirement documentation will serve as a basis for creating and evaluating requests for proposal for new client solutions.
  • Create and manage interim tools and templates to improve operational efficiency using existing and available systems and technology.
  • Assist with implementing customer survey and analyzing results.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and interest in developing strong professional rapport with a diverse mix of subject matter experts and customers
  • 4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Smarsheet, ProductPlan, and other collaboration tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Visio, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 4 years of experience leading business processes and system implementation projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff.
 
Pay: $45 per hour
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Everett
