A client in Bethesda is seeking an AP Specialist to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Full AP cycle: reviews, approval requests, codes, processing
- Scan the paid invoices
- Process payments
- Assist with month end close, variance analysis, accruals, and reconciliations
- Assist with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1 year of Accounts Payable experience; experience working for a bank is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Excel and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
