TriSource is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Residential aids to help and provide exceptional service for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for them to live the way they desire.
This position will take place in the Baltimore area
This is a temporary position but a great way to build your resume and gain some excellent experience!
The shifts we have available are:
- Monday-Friday 8-4
The main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with hygiene, feeding, and toileting.
- Comfortable with deescalating potential crisis
- Promote Principles
- Follow all policy and procedures
- Report any incidents to supervisor immediately.
- Experience with mental health
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required
- Driver License
- Vaccinated from COVID-19
- Background & Drug test
- MVR
- Excellent communication skills
- CPR & First Aid
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
