What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of project accounting, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance.
What We're Seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience to include manufacturing or construction
- Proficiency in large ERP accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Salary : $105,000 - $108,000
