The Project Manager/ Estimator has responsibility for managing awarded projects/orders from start to finish. This position ensures projects/orders are delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Supports the achievement of established sales and financial objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains relationships with existing customers, develops relationships with new customers, and supports prospects for new business.
- Works collaboratively with Estimating, Programming, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure lead time, quality, and profitability targets for each awarded project/order are achieved.
- Supports all Quality Management System requirements along with specific customer requirements.
- Ensures all proper job activation requirements are met.
- Participates in daily Nitro Production Meetings and weekly Capacity Planning Sessions.
- Oversees projects to ensure quality of work and adherence to budget, timeline, and specifications.
- Manages any required subcontractors to ensure Quality, Lead Time, and Profitability levels are met. This includes verification of all subcontractor invoices.
- Oversees contract billings, and approves subcontractor and supplier invoices to assure proper and correct cost coding.
- Review job cost reports to monitor progress compared to the estimate. Prepares profit projections as the job progresses.
- Performs all other duties as requested.
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety rules. Conducts self always in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner as a representative of the Company.

Education and/or Experience
• Three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Direct Hire
START DATE: ASAP, pending interviews
PAY RATE: $70,000 - 85,000K based on experience
HOURS: FT, Monday - Friday
DRESS CODE: Business casual
