TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking an ERP Project Manager. The Project Manager, Oracle E-Business ERP is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.

- Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor.
- Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
- Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
- Manage the project budget and track costs closely.
- Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Document all project activities and deliverables.
- Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
- Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- PMP Certification from PMI
- Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology.
- Experience with change management.
