Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation.
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as an installer
- EPA certified / HVAC trade school completion preferred
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of HVAC systems and how they function
- Physical fitness and physical dexterity
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from 38k-80k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
