Administration Clerk
State and federal contractor looking for a professional, organized, and efficient Administration Clerk with a quick learning curve. Individual must be a detail-oriented critical thinker who is able to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Valid driver license
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience (preferred in construction industry)
  • Ability to pass drug screening (at time of hire and randomly while employed)
  • Ability to gain federal base access
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Daily attendance
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or better), Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
  • Light Accounts Payable work
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take messages
  • Email correspondence, file documents, and operate basic office machines
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume work environment
  • Ability to take initiative to learn new and tasks and take direction willingly
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Independent thinker, organized, and responsible
