Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping buildings safe? We're looking for a Report Writer to join our team!
You'll play a key role in ensuring every fire safety test is meticulously documented, guaranteeing both facility and regulatory compliance. Your skills in translating complex data into clear, well-written reports will be essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft clear, professional reports on fire safety system tests.
  • Translate complex test data into easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues for seamless communication.
  • Ensure all testing adheres to local fire safety regulations.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience in fire safety or a passion for keeping people safe.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Experience: 0-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • License: Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • This role involves standard office work: sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
