Travel Concierge

The Travel Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional, high-touch service assisting internal employees and executives who require support with business travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, and more. The Travel Concierge operates in a flexible scheduling environment and must be available to work flexible hours (including after hours) in order to provide exceptional traveler care. 

This is a contract position for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored travel solutions to our premium business clients as well as taking care of their leisure travel needs
• Research, recommend, and fulfill on customer requirements for air travel, car, hotel, transportation, cruises, tour packages, dining, various events tickets, and more
• Creates and update traveler profile information and share the knowledge within the team
• Maintain and track expenses for submission 

Education & Skill Requirements

• 5 years of related experience organizing travel
• Proficiency in international fare construction and airline routing principles including tax rates
• Must be able to provide after-hours support as needed
• Be an articulate communicator, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to develop great relationships with bookers/travelers and suppliers
• Proficient in MS Office and other software platforms
• Previous experience using Egencia, Nexonia, or Blue Ribbon is a strong asset
