We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the team that drives our product vision for VIBA Vision and Navigator. You will align the product strategy and drive the roadmap guided by Mobile Insight’s market strategy. Market focus and data-driven decision-making and passion for customer success will align you with leadership goals. You will be the senior leader of your team, owning a set of highly visible product and business goals. Job Duties:

• Focus on Outside-In product management methodologies and train others to follow NIHITO.
• Define and implement Product Management practices that elevate product quality and speed to market.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high performing team of product managers, and product owners/specialists.
• Be accountable for the market success of the MI solutions.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Develop product positioning for new and existing solutions in support of GTM teams.
• Own and align product feature and quality backlog to business goals and business value.
• Own reporting and communication to senior leaders across MI.
• Own development, execution, and communication of launch and release plan.
• Lead investment prioritization and trade-off discussions.
• Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our customers’ needs.
• Present effectively to Customers, External and Internal Stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of data-driven product management experience including partnering closely with software development and cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience managing team(s) of product managers and/or product owners that drive high fidelity requirements.
• Brings a disciplined, teachable approach to Agile product framework leveraging Personas, Epics, testable user stories with positive and predictable outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in defining, driving, shipping, and scaling cloud-based and API solutions.
• Scrappy leadership that pushes to get the right work done, regardless of the barriers and obstacles.
• Lead the teams to adapt to a "lean startup" cultural resurgence.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud-based, AI, and API solutions and ability to dive in with development teams for clear understanding and collaboration.
• Experience building a compelling vision and work across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver against this vision.
• Track record of delivering results using an agile development process grounded in metrics and user data.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
• Experience in Retail and sales strategy.
