The HR Data & Analytics Manager will partner with our global HR teams and be responsible for providing analytics and insight on all global HR data including labor costs, headcount, etc. to drive strategic planning initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on raw HR data for our global teams and summarize data for reporting, as well as provide insights, recommendations, and strategies based on data analysis
- Design and use scientific methods to evaluate the impact of various HR initiatives and programs
- Define key metrics for HR analytics and programs and create presentations for leadership
- Handle highly sensitive data with caution and integrity, in accordance with compliance laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, etc.
- 4 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, etc.
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with Python, R, or other advanced data programming languages
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated experience working with large data sets
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
