With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managed IT environment, you'll bring expertise in desktop management applications, budget development, and vendor management. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
- Assist Troon managed properties with technology project management.
- Assist Troon managed properties with technology procurement.
- Assist Troon managed properties with lifecycle management and annual IT budgeting.
- Support Troon Technology Services (TTS) with project implementations and procurement.
- Travel to Troon managed properties to perform site assessments and manage projects.
- Build business relationships with property general managers and other key property staff.
- Maintain and cultivate technology vendor relationships.
- Educate Troon managed properties with respect to technology standards and services.
- Manage and update technology reports.
- Update and maintain all technology support, tracking and correspondence databases.
- Monitor and manage property related "open support tickets".
- Cultivate interdepartmental relationships and communications.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of computer experience in a managed IT environment.
- Experience with desktop management applications.
- Experience with productivity applications and management tools.
- Ability to develop, maintain and manage budgets.
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret computer networks.
- Ability to manage approved vendors.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Travel is required for this position.
