Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Review and enter invoices.
- Sort and match invoices.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Obtain invoice approval signatures.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and provide flexibility when requested to work on special projects or analyses.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company/management.
Qualifications
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Entry and general office.
