We are hiring a Supply Chain Finance Associate Analyst to join our team!
The selected candidate will be both proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle several competing projects in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and internal customer service skills are a must.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Chilled Co-Packer period close, forecast, SOX controls, Annual Financial Budget (AOP), and physical inventory oversight Responsible for Bradenton Utilities, Site Services and Palletizing period close, forecast and Annual Financial Budget (AOP)Serve as subject matter expert on functional area/s reporting. Handle working in multiple internal database systems to assimilate a full representation of financial profitability. Analyze past financial results and assist Sr. Finance Manager with forecasting future results Develop tools, scorecards, and models (mainly Excel-based) to analyze and communicate financial performance to Operations partners and Finance Leadership. Provide ad-hoc financial support to the manufacturing operations team on an as needed basic Work independently to complete ad hoc analytical projects with minimal direction from Manager/Leadership. Once complete, review and report out results of work to Manager and Sr. Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree – Finance, Accounting or General Business
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
