Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Responsible for cashing checks and casino chips for customers, as well as processing customer credit applications and handling customer deposits/ withdrawls, marker payments, Player cards and pay-outs for airfare and transportation.
• Position required working from cash drawer, counting out cash to customers, operating a computer and standing and turning throughout the shift.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.

• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.

• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and the internet required.
• Great attention to detail and an exceptional multi-tasker a must.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
