They are a local, on-the-ground force and a national player building meaningful relationships with decision makers, land and resource stewards, community members, and other stakeholders.
Position Summary:
- Review all accounts payable transactions to include invoices, check requests and expense reports for appropriate approval and documentation
- Input vendor invoices as needed
- Process and review corporate credit card transactions, recording disbursement activity and performing monthly reconciliations
- Perform weekly payment run
- Record manual and auto-cash disbursements
- Reconcile vendor account statements
- Create and maintain vendor records in accounting system
- Setup new users in Reqlogic procurement system and assist/train users as needed
- Oversee AP email and respond to various internal partners and vendor queries in a timely manner
- Review 1099 data for annual reporting
- Assist with preparing and pulling documentation for audit requests
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing and department projects as needed
- Assist in implementation of new financial systems
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills particularly in Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with AP Automation systems/Procure-to-Pay software
- Netsuite experience a plus
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
