Tiered RVU Production

$70/RVU up to 6,411

$64/RVU over 6,411

Quality Bonus

2.5% or more can be earned per fiscal year

Based on mutually agreed upon department goals focusing on the areas of customer satisfaction, clinical quality metrics, resource utilization, core measures, meaningful use or other publicly reported indicators, patient safety, cost containment, or service line profitability

APP Supervision

$15 per RVU supervised

Sign On Bonus

$50,000 for 5 years agreement

Call

Greater than 7 days paid at $850/weekday or $1,000/weekend day. 1:3 call required.

Surgery Center Investment

Opportunity for investment in local ambulatory surgery center

Clinical Research

Opportunity to earn additional revenue through participation in Clinical trials as a Principal Investigator or Sub-investigator

Contract Term

5 years with auto renewal annually thereafter
