We have partnered with a top logistics firm to build out their Parcel Product Management team. They design and build some of the best technology solutions to empower the logistics industry. Shippers, carriers, vendors, 3PLs that partner with them are able to eliminate tedious tasks like shipment tracking, contract management, invoice payments, etc allowing them to focus on the core parts of their business.
With a well-established customer base, they are looking for a Product Manager - Parcel who is an expert in the field of logistics and can identify where the team can make the largest impact for their customers. This is a massive opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of our users through whatever means possible such as user interviews, data, analytics, surveys, and market research
- Creating "pitches" or PRDs that synthesize your vision for the products into consumable features that can be designed and developed
- Working with leadership to form product focuses and actionable plans, and facilitating the execution of these plans
- Ownership of progress towards internal and external deadlines and milestones
- Help write acceptance criteria in Gherkin syntax as part of PRDs
Your Experience:
- 3 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software product development
- Expert in the parcel space within logistics & supply chain
- The ability to communicate ideas through written word, illustrations, and diagrams
- Experience within the supply chain industry
- Experience with BDD is a plus
