About The Role
As the Implementation Lead at Trovo, you will work closely with clients to manage the end-to-end deployment of Trovo Health’s solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, timely implementations and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. - Lead the end-to-end implementation process for clients, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
- Create comprehensive implementation playbooks and conduct research on integrating with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in both implementation and account service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our solutions and processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Help manage EHR systems and ensure seamless integration with Trovo’s platform.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- 3 years of experience in project management or client-facing roles in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful implementations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
