ROWE PRICE – WHO WE ARE Globally diversified investment management firm based in Baltimore, Maryland managing over $1.6 trillion in assets (as of 6/30/21) with offices in 12 countries Preeminent investment research organization that has consistently produced strong investment performance over the long term Analysts consistently recognized for their deep industry knowledge and investment acumen Corporate culture based on diversity of thought, collaboration, and development QUALIFICATIONS - FIXED INCOME ASSOCIATE ANALYST PROGRAM Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred Interest in credit research and fixed income investing Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process JOB DESCRIPTION - HIGH YIELD ASSOCIATE ANALYST 2-4 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers, and extensive financial analysis Opportunity to interact with company senior management teams (e.g. CEOs and CFOs) Daily opportunity to learn directly from our senior investment professionals Expectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process Competitive compensation with significant upside potential for high performers Exceptional performers have the potential to be promoted to Fixed Income Research Analyst This position is based in Baltimore, Maryland but eligible for our flexible work schedule (3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote.)
