Role Summary Provides advanced support to clients on transactional and non-transactional situations. Completes advanced analyses and reporting on complex issues. Responsibilities: Responsible for processing complex transactions; ensures proper documentation and authorization for all transactions and ensures that junior associates comply with firm policies and practices. Ensures the quality of work performed by other associates. Assists management in the development of policies and procedures to minimize errors. Compiles resources to enable the swift resolution of recurring issues. Assists with projects designed to identify solutions and implement enhancements to current business procedures. Acts as an informal resource and/or mentors new team members during classroom or on-the-job training. Identifies processing inefficiencies and areas of improvement. Communicates with clients to ensure all questions are answered and escalated issues are resolved and/or to strengthen the client relationship.
